ELIZABETH WOODING
Sarah has always experienced the world through artistic eyes—falling in love with the way light moves across a room, the richness of texture, the layering of sound, and the magic hidden in everyday moments. Beauty doesn’t just inspire her—it energizes her. It’s the current she lives in.
Sarah brings a rich, sensory approach into her work with women. She delights in igniting their creative sensibility, inviting them to reconnect with their innate gifts. She coaches them to observe, imagine, and play again which she shares with a lighthearted spirit that makes you want to lean in and explore alongside her.
Growing up on the East Coast of New England, Sarah’s connection to the natural world sparked early. She earned a BFA in sculpture from Syracuse University with studies in Florence, Italy, was immersed in the New York City food scene of the early 90s, and spent 14 years in LA working in the fashion industry, always refining her artistic eye. In 2020, she deepened her intuitive gifts and expanded her reach through advanced coaching training with Claire Zammit, PhD.*
Today, Sarah relishes her life in Southern California cheered on by her sports-loving husband & son.
*Dr. Claire Zammit, PhD, founder of the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership.
Elizabeth has never really done “ordinary.” Her path is a colorful mix of curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to follow what lights her up — wherever it leads. From racing with the Canadian National Cycling Team in France to teaching English in Italy, earning a Master’s in French Literature, and a professional degree in Dentistry from the University of British Columbia, Elizabeth has always trusted her curiosity as a compass. Along the way, she’s explored everything from words to paint to whatever happens to be calling her next — because apparently she’s never met a creative outlet she didn’t want to try.
These days, Elizabeth brings that same spirit into her work with women. Blending coaching with creative exploration, she creates spaces where insight meets imagination — and where growth feels a little more like play. Inspired by Dr. Claire Zammit’s* work and her own lived experience (including raising four kids, two dogs, and yes… one husband), she invites women to reconnect with themselves, rediscover what lights them up, and maybe even surprise themselves along the way.
Elizabeth lives in British Columbia with her supportive husband, dogs, and any number of boomeranging children.
